A Canadian local government is seeking a Solutions Navigator to help individuals navigate complex social challenges using a strength-based, trauma-informed approach. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in social science and at least 3 years of relevant experience. The position includes a full benefits package and is temporary for up to 14 months, with a competitive salary range of CA$81,863.60 to CA$102,338.60 annually.
