What You’ll Be Working On:

At Lumenalta, we partner with enterprise clients to build digital products that interact with hundreds of millions of customers, transactions, and data points. As a Databricks Solutions Architect, you will design and implement scalable, high-performance solutions to meet demanding data challenges across industries. You will drive end-to-end architecture and help clients unlock their data potential using Databricks and cloud technologies.

We seek someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, with experience in FinTech, Transportation, Insurance, Media, or other complex sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Solutions Design: Architect scalable data solutions using Databricks, Azure, AWS, and other cloud services to meet client needs.
2. Data Strategy & Architecture: Develop data architectures, implement ETL pipelines, and establish data governance to ensure data accuracy.
3. Technical Leadership: Lead data platform design, define best practices, and mentor team members.
4. Advanced Analytics & Machine Learning: Create pipelines for analytics and ML initiatives using Databricks and cloud services.
5. Collaboration & Client Engagement: Work with stakeholders to understand needs, present solutions, and implement strategies.
6. Performance Optimization: Identify bottlenecks and optimize workflows for cost and performance.
7. Innovation & Experimentation: Use cutting-edge data technologies to drive innovation.

Qualifications & Experience:

1. 10+ years in senior data engineering or solutions architecture, with experience in Databricks, Azure, or AWS.
2. Proven experience designing large-scale data architectures.
3. Strong skills in Python, PySpark, and SQL.
4. Experience creating ETL pipelines, handling large datasets, and aligning solutions with business goals.
5. Experience engaging with C-Suite stakeholders.
6. Knowledge of data warehousing, data modeling, and data marts.
7. Industry experience in financial services, logistics, or similar domains is preferred.
8. Excellent communication skills in English, able to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
9. Traits: Analytical, proactive, team-oriented, and eager to learn.
