What You’ll Do:

• Solution Design & Architecture: Lead the design and development of application systems across a variety of platforms and technologies, including AWS, GCP, Azure, Databricks, and Data Factory. Translate high-level business requirements into scalable, secure, and effective technical solutions.
• Strategic Execution: Design and document system functionality, infrastructure, and integrations to align with business objectives and the organization’s technology roadmap. Drive innovative, cost-effective solutions that balance business goals with operational efficiency.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with stakeholders across business analysis, architecture, infrastructure, security, development, QA, and operations to ensure end-to-end understanding and alignment of solutions. Coordinate efforts and foster shared ownership of the solution.
• Technical Leadership: Provide hands-on technical direction and consulting to senior management and technical teams. Guide the selection and application of technologies in evolving or undefined business scenarios.
• Roadmap Development: Contribute to the development and evolution of technology roadmaps. Ensure platform consistency and champion best practices, driving continuous improvement across solutions.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the solution lead for projects—moderating design reviews, communicating architectural decisions, and ensuring alignment between technical design and business objectives.
• Mentorship & Knowledge Sharing: Support and mentor junior architects, designers, and developers by promoting collaboration, sharing expertise, and encouraging problem-solving.
  
  

What You Bring:

• Proven experience in solution architecture across multiple platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP, Databricks).
• Strong ability to translate high-level, evolving business requirements into detailed technical designs.
• Demonstrated success in designing enterprise-grade solutions that balance performance, scalability, and cost.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and navigating complex stakeholder environments.
• A consultative approach with the ability to influence decisions and provide guidance at the senior leadership level.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills for leading design reviews and technical discussions.
• A passion for mentoring others and promoting continuous learning and improvement.
