What you’ll do

You’ll lead with insight, architect with empathy, and deliver with precision. As a Solutions Architect, your role is to shape and steward high-impact data and AI solutions—from foundational data architecture to applied AI and ML deployments. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, product, client stakeholders, and marketing to ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and designed for real-world outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a technical lead during pre-sales and project delivery, driving architectural design sessions and solution workshops with clients (this comprises approximately 60% of the role responsibilities).
• Lead architecture design for data platforms, machine learning systems, and AI-driven applications across cloud and hybrid environments.
• Partner with clients and internal stakeholders to translate business goals into scalable technical solutions that create measurable value.
• Design and guide the implementation of modern data ecosystems, including data ingestion, processing, governance, and analytics.
• Shape the lifecycle of AI/ML models: from ideation, development, and training to deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
• Define and enforce architecture principles, standards, and best practices for data quality, security, and responsible AI.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and vendors in AI, machine learning, and data infrastructure to inform strategic decision-making.
• Promote user and client adoption of our technical solutions, contributing to the market recognition of our innovative edge.
• Advocate for and promote technology innovation strategies within the organization, fostering a culture of hands-on innovation and technical excellence.
• Mentor engineering teams and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives across the company.

What you bring

• 7+ years of experience in data architecture, software engineering, or AI/ML solution design, ideally in a client-facing or consulting environment.
• Deep understanding of modern data platforms (e.g., Databricks, Snowflake, BigQuery), cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP), and data governance frameworks.
• Proficiency with MLOps tools and practices, including model versioning, CI/CD pipelines, and model monitoring platforms.
• Experience designing and implementing machine learning models in production—across supervised, unsupervised, and generative AI paradigms.
• Strong grasp of data privacy, ethical AI, and risk mitigation strategies in AI-enabled systems.
• Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Familiarity with large language models (LLMs), vector databases, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) frameworks is a plus.
• Demonstrated interest and talent for sharing perspectives and thought leadership through communications and marketing channels.
• You’ll work on high-impact projects that power real-time analytics, AI, and innovation at scale.
