Job summary

Compunnel, Inc. is seeking an experienced Solution Architect to design scalable, secure enterprise solutions in a financial services context. You will lead architecture, design cloud-based platforms with Azure, AWS, and OpenShift, and guide teams in microservices and API strategies.

You will contribute hands-on coding in Java, Python, or C++, collaborate across stakeholders, and help modernize legacy mainframe environments to ensure resilient, compliant systems.

Qualifications

• 10–12+ years in solution architecture, with 4+ years on large projects.
• Strong experience with Azure, AWS and OpenShift.
• Expertise in microservices, REST and event-driven architecture.
• Experience with API design and enterprise integration patterns.
• Security technologies including OAuth and SSO understanding.
• Hands-on coding in Java, Python or C++.
• Experience with legacy mainframe modernization initiatives.
• Experience in the financial services domain.
