Job summary

Blanc Labs in Toronto is seeking a Solutions Architect to design scalable, secure enterprise solutions on the Azure/Microsoft stack. You will shape cloud, integration, and data architecture for complex programs, ensuring alignment with security and governance standards.

In this hybrid role, you will collaborate with delivery leads, analysts, and engineers to translate requirements into technical designs and guide implementations across the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise solution/data architecture on Azure/Microsoft stack.
• Strong experience designing scalable cloud, integration, and data solutions using APIs, Kafka/event-driven architecture, SQL/NoSQL, and data pipelines/ETL.
• Hands-on experience with Azure Data Factory and Microsoft Fabric.
• Working knowledge of security, governance, and enterprise architecture standards.
• Strong understanding of modern data platform and integration patterns.
• Proven ability to communicate complex technical designs to both technical and business stakeholders.
• Experience working within large, complex enterprise environments.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with delivery leads, business analysts, and engineering teams to translate requirements into technical designs.
• Review and guide technical implementation to ensure solutions are built according to architectural design.
• Identify architectural risks and trade-offs, and provide recommendations to stakeholders and leadership.
• Stay current on Azure platform capabilities and recommend improvements to architecture and tooling.

We are looking for a Solutions Architect to design scalable, secure enterprise solutions on the Azure/Microsoft stack. This role will define cloud, integration, and data architecture for complex technology programs, ensuring solutions meet enterprise standards for security, governance, and scalability.

This is a hybrid role in downtown Toronto, with 2-3 days a week in the office.
