A Day in the Life
- Create an aligned framework, playbook, and maturity assessment for analytics across functional stakeholder groups. Own the execution of this plan.
- Oversee the creation and delivery of standard analytic training packages, managing user stories from our 24 product teams.
- Handle all end-user communications about our platform (e.g., planned downtime notifications, quarterly recaps, new programs).
- Develop and implement targeted marketing campaigns to increase platform engagement and user satisfaction.
- Partner with the team to create engaging content for training materials, newsletters, and announcements tailored to the needs of the user base.

JOB EXPERIENCE
- Proven experience in program management, preferably in data analytics or a related field.
- Practical knowledge in leading and managing the execution of processes and projects.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Strong background in developing adoption strategies, training and communication programs, and change management.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, including data professionals and business users.
- Knowledge of analytics and data visualization tools is a plus, to better understand the user's perspective.
- Preferred knowledge in operations, supply chain, supplier management, systems, data analytics, and business process automation.
