Pacer Group is seeking a Solution Architect with AI experience to lead the design of scalable, secure AI-enabled architectures in a hybrid Toronto setting. You will drive cloud strategy, API integration, and data governance to support complex BFSI initiatives.

The role demands 10+ years in solution architecture, strong Azure expertise, and hands-on experience with Copilot Studio, Foundry, and CI/CD pipelines.

• 10+ years of experience in Solution Architecture with financial services exposure.
• Designing AI solutions for enterprise-scale systems and platforms.
• Expertise in Azure/cloud architecture, APIs, and scalable AI-enabled architectures.
• Experience with Copilot Studio, Foundry, LLM Gateway patterns, Python services, and GitHub CI/CD.
• Knowledge of Databricks, Unity Catalog, data lineage, Power BI, and enterprise data architecture.
• Strong understanding of security, IAM, PCI compliance, privacy, FinOps, model controls, and observability tools.
• Ability to lead architecture decisions, ensure resiliency, address penetration-testing findings, and meet risk/governance requirements.

Job Title: Solution Architect with AI Experience

Location: Toronto, ON

Work Arrangement: Hybrid (2-3 days a week)

Employment Type: Contract / Full Time

Salary / Pay Rate: Open to right candidate

SKILLS REQUIRED:

• 10+ years of experience in Solution Architecture, including financial services experience and at least 2 year designing AI solutions.
• Expertise in Azure/cloud architecture, enterprise application integration, APIs, and scalable AI-enabled platforms.
• Experience with Copilot Studio, Foundry, LLM Gateway patterns, Python services, and GitHub/CI-CD.
• Knowledge of Databricks, Unity Catalog, data lineage, Power BI, and enterprise data architecture.
