We have a rare and unique opening for strategic and technically skilled Solution Architect who will lead the solution design and architecture for our Managed Services offering. This role is crucial in bridging the gap between technical capabilities and customer needs across the Agri-Tech ecosystem. The ideal candidate brings a strong blend of enterprise technology architecture expertise, cloud-native thinking, and a customer-first mindset to design scalable and secure platforms for large agriculture industry clients.

What You'll Do:

• Architecture Leadership: You will own the end-to-end enterprise architecture for our Managed Services platform, ensuring alignment with business and customer goals
• Solution Design: You will collaborate with customers, technical project managers and technology teams to create robust and scalable solutions that solve real-world challenges
• Customer Success: You will drive value by engaging with large agriculture businesses to understand pain points, tailor technical solutions and guide them through technical decision-making
• Technology Strategy: You will lead the development of API-first architectures, cloud native platforms, and modern database systems
• Data Management: You will design scalable data architectures for secure ingestion, processing, and sharing to support monetization and analytics use cases
• Integration & Interoperability: You will ensure systems integrate seamlessly across partner ecosystems, enablising faster go-to-market and service deliver

What We're Looking For:

• Post-secondary education in a related field, and certified in project management, design architecture, or agile management (PMP, TOGAF, SAFe)
• 5+ years' experience in enterprise architecture, product design, or technical product leadership
• Professional background in enterprise SaaS, platform architecture, or Managed Services
• Strong product thinking with a hands-on ability to define requirements and design systems
• Excellent communication and a consultative approach to solving problem solving
• Deep expertise with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, or Azure), API development (APIGEE), and database systems (relational and NoSQL)
• Experience with agri-tech, environmental systems, and/or digital insurance platforms are an asset
