Job summary

Advanced Data Systems Ltd. in Saskatoon invites a Software Implementation Specialist to join our team. You will own the client-facing portion of software projects, coordinating implementations, trainings and go-lives across Canadian clients.

The role requires strong communication, problem-solving and project-coordination skills, plus experience with software implementations and financial systems is an asset. Occasional travel within Canada is expected.

Advanced DataSystems Ltd. is looking for a Software Implementation Specialist to join our Saskatoon team. We develop and support software solutions for organizations across Canada. This position takes ownership of the client-facing portion of software projects, helping move projects from completed development through implementation, training, go-live and initial support.

Responsibilities include:

• Coordinating software implementations and upgrades with clients
• Developing implementation schedules and keeping projects on track
• Working with clients to determine system setup and configuration requirements
• Configuring and preparing systems for implementation
• Coordinating integrations and data exchange with client financial/accounting systems
• Organizing and conducting client training
• Providing support during implementation and go-live
• Troubleshooting issues and coordinating with our development team when required
• Managing multiple client implementations and priorities

The successful candidate will be organized, comfortable with technology, and confident working directly with clients. Strong communication, problem-solving and project coordination skills are important.

Experience with software implementation, accounting or financial systems, project coordination, client training, business analysis or technical support is an asset. Familiarity with accounting concepts, ERP or financial software is also an asset.

This position is based in Saskatoon and involves occasional travel within Canada for client meetings, training and implementations.
