Job summary

Stelvio Inc. is seeking a hands-on Software Development Team Lead to guide a team of developers while staying actively involved in design, coding, and technical decision-making.

The role blends technical leadership with Agile delivery, mentoring developers, removing blockers, and ensuring successful delivery from design through release.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software development with leadership responsibilities.
• Strong software design, code reviews, debugging, testing and release to production.
• Experience in Agile environments with sprint planning and backlog refinement.
• Ability to mentor developers and coordinate cross-functional delivery.
• Expertise in Embedded C/Firmware and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).

What you’ll bring:

• 5+ years of software development experience, including technical leadership or team lead responsibilities
• Strong background in software design, code reviews, debugging, testing, and release management
• Experience working in Agile environments, including sprint planning and backlog refinement
• Ability to mentor developers, remove technical blockers, and coordinate delivery across cross-functional teams
• Technical expertise in one or more of the following:
• Embedded C / Firmware
• Cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
