Job summary

HubSpot is seeking a Software Engineering Spring Co-op for 2027. You will build and ship production software with experienced engineers, tackling complex problems that affect thousands of customers.

You may contribute to back-end, front-end, or data and infrastructure projects, collaborating to design, test, and deliver high-quality code. You’ll learn new technologies, explore AI-enabled tooling, and own meaningful projects from development through delivery.

Role Summary

Required Qualifications

Where You’ll Work

• Location: Ontario, Canada

• Work type: Remote in Ontario, flex in Ontario, or in‑office in Ontario, based on eligible HubSpot work options.

• Schedule: This is a full‑time, 40‑hour‑per‑week Spring Co‑op beginning in January 2027 and concluding in April or May 2027, depending on the selected end date.

• Time zone requirement: Our engineering teams operate primarily in Eastern and Central U.S. time zones. To be eligible, you must reside in — or be willing to relocate to — Ontario and work hours aligned with those regions.

• Travel: Travel is not required. Depending on timing and business needs, you may have the opportunity to visit a HubSpot office for a Product Summit or team travel.
