Job summary

You will partner with enterprise clients, design scalable solutions, mentor engineers, conduct hiring interviews, and drive feature roadmaps, while occasionally traveling for on-site sessions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• 2+ years in managing/developing engineering teams.
• Strong experience with APIs, data pipelines, and distributed systems.
• Full‑stack capability with AI assistance.
• Experience mentoring and developing engineers; hiring and career growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead value creation projects (3–6 months) deploying solutions for business units.
• Architect and maintain Volaris-focused applications with roadmaps and feature development.
• Manage and develop up to 6 team members across projects.
• Design and build complex components, APIs, and data pipelines for client needs.
• Debug and optimize systems across cloud and on‑prem infrastructures.
• Collaborate with business unit tech teams to design scalable solutions.
• Conduct hiring interviews and participate in talent acquisition.
• Provide career coaching and performance feedback to team members.
