Matt MillenCo‑founder and president. Matt has rich experience in leading multiple companies as a CGO, CRO and VP Revenue. He has worked with multiple startups and has helped them build their growth story from the ground up.

John Zhang – Head of Engineering. John brings over 20 years of experience across top tech companies and high‑growth startups. He has held executive engineering roles at Highspot and Weibo, where he led the Ads team, scaling it to 400 people and driving revenue to $1.5B. John has also co‑founded several startups, including one that achieved a successful exit.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and address system‑level challenges that hinder customer value delivery and prolong time to value by improving, overhauling, or designing new systems.
  • Design and implement strategic integrations with major CRM, data, and sales engagement platforms to maximize Regie.ai’s reach and stickiness within customer ecosystems.
  • Partner cross‑functionally with product, customer success, and implementation teams to prioritize initiatives that drive customer retention, activation, and growth.
  • Act as a force multiplier by fostering a culture of customer‑centric thinking and engineering excellence.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of software engineering experience or equivalent as a full stack or backend engineer.
  • Extensive experience in architecting, designing, and developing scalable and reliable backend services for SaaS platforms.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and proven ability to thrive in collaborative, cross‑functional team environments.
  • Deep hands‑on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Solid understanding of both SQL and NoSQL database systems.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with experience—or a strong desire—to work in fast‑paced startup environments.
  • Strong customer‑centric, results‑oriented, and data‑driven approach to decision‑making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of ownership, accountability, and a strong work ethic.
  • Experience in Node.js, MongoDB, AWS platforms and services is a plug, but not required.
  • Experience working with or integrating into modern sales tech stacks (e.g., CRMs, sales engagement platforms) is a plus, but not required.
