We are looking to hire an experienced Developer – Fintech (Progress 4GL / OpenEdge) for our client in investment sector.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience in Wealth Management, Fund Administration, Asset Management, or Financial Services.
• Deep knowledge of Canadian registered investment products:
• RRSP
• TFSA
• RESP
• FHSA (mandatory)
• Proven expertise with Progress 4GL / OpenEdge ABL in production environments.
• Solid understanding of regulatory compliance frameworks in Canada.
• Ability to work on legacy, business-critical backend systems with high reliability requirements.

Nice to have:

• Experience with fund accounting, order management, or custody systems.
• Exposure to batch processing, reconciliation, or regulatory reporting.
• Prior experience working within Canadian banks, insurers, or asset managers.
• 4–5 years
