Job summary

OSI Maritime Systems in Burnaby, BC seeks a senior software leader to drive the technical execution of feature teams delivering mission-critical navigation and tactical software. You will own end-to-end delivery from concept through release, mentor engineers, and balance hands-on coding with team development.

You will set technical direction, ensure designs meet architectural standards, and collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams to align scope and priorities.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of software development experience with strong technical leadership.
• Experience delivering complex, high-quality software on schedule.
• Proficient in modern programming languages (C/C++ and/or Python).
• Strong understanding of software design, testing, and CI/CD practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end software development (requirements, design, implementation, testing, release).

What You’ll Do
