OSI Maritime Systems Ltd. is seeking an experienced software leader to drive the technical execution of feature teams delivering mission-critical navigation and tactical software.

You will oversee end-to-end development, provide direction to developers and testers, and ensure delivery within schedule while upholding architectural standards. The role demands hands-on leadership, strong mentoring, and a focus on quality, testing, and CI/CD practices in a Windows-based environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of software development experience including leadership
• Strong programming in C/C++ and/or Python
• Experience with Windows-based application development
• Solid understanding of software design, testing, and CI/CD
• Proven ability to deliver complex, high-quality software on schedule

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end software development (requirements, design, implementation, testing, release)
• Provide technical direction and prioritization to developers, testers, and team leads
• Deliver high-quality software with predictable timelines and engineering discipline
• Ensure designs meet architectural standards and quality expectations
• Identify and mitigate technical risks early to protect delivery
• Partner with software project managers and cross-functional teams on scope and priorities

At OSI Maritime Systems, you will lead the technical execution of software feature teams delivering mission-critical navigation and tactical solutions. This role combines hands-on technical leadership, team development, and delivery accountability, ensuring high-quality software is delivered reliably from concept through release.

What You’ll Do

• Lead end-to-end software development (requirements, design, implementation, testing, release)
• Provide technical direction and prioritization to developers, testers, and Technical Team Leads
• Deliver high-quality software with predictable timelines and strong engineering discipline
• Ensure designs meet architectural standards and quality expectations
• Identify and mitigate technical risks early to protect delivery

What You Bring
