We're seeking a Software Development Manager to join our EDC Tooling and Logistics team. The role involves overseeing ServiceNow, Tableau, SQL, ETL developers, QA testing, and business requirements, ensuring application stability and supportability.

This position at Vice President level focuses on Infrastructure Production Management and Reliability Engineering, maintaining infrastructure stability and performance.

What you’ll do in the role:

• Own and manage Data Center tooling applications, including requirements, development, testing, and support.
• Lead a team responsible for application lifecycle, from requirements to deployment and support.
• Ensure applications meet hygiene and SDLC standards.
• Maintain best practices, support configurations, and documentation.

What you’ll bring to the role:

• 6+ years in development management.
• Development experience with Python, Java, Angular.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow, Autosys, Tableau, ETL.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and as a Product Owner.
• Skills in project scoping, stakeholder management, team leadership.
• Ability to build relationships across levels and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong experience with ServiceNow, Microsoft Office, JIRA.
• Familiarity with Data Center environments is a plus.
