Job summary

Bevertec is seeking a Junior Software Developer for a contract role in Toronto, onsite. The position focuses on Oracle E-Business application customizations, AR collection processes, and ODI-based data integration. Start date is 2026-09-10 with an end date of 2027-03-31; onsite work five days a week.

The ideal candidate will have strong PL/SQL, SQL, XML, Unix shell scripts, and Oracle ODI experience, plus hands-on exposure to GL/AR/AP/INV/FND modules within E-Business Suite.

Qualifications

• Experience in Oracle E-Business application customizations and impact assessments.
• Strong conversion experience in AR Collections.
• Proven programming skills in Oracle database, PL/SQL, SQL, XML, Unix shell scripts, and ODI.
• Business knowledge of GL, AR, Collections, AP, INV and FND modules.
• Experience in programming and analysis with specialized software packages.
• Ability to collaborate with IT professionals throughout the Software Development Life Cycle.
• Experience in structured methodologies for development, design, implementation and maintenance of applications.
• Experience in design, code, test, debug and document applications.
• Experience in the use of object and/or third generation language development tools.
• Experience in one or more programming languages.
• Knowledge of Oracle E-Business table structures related to GL, AR, Collections, AP, INV, and FND.

Ideal Candidate Rate: CAD 60-64/Hr (Depending upon the experience)

Must Have:

• Experience in conducting impact assessments on Oracle E-Business application customizations and extensions.
• Strong conversion experience in Account Receivable Collection modules
• Strong programming skills in Oracle database, PL/SQL, SQL, XML, Unix shell scripts and Oracle Data Integrator
• Proved business knowledge of General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Collections, Accounts Payable and Inventory Modules of Oracle E-Business
• Experience in programming and analysis; specialized software package support at the specified experience level
• Ability to collaborate with IT Professionals throughout the Software Development Life Cycle
• Experience in structured methodologies for the development, design, implementation and maintenance of applications
• Experience in design, code, test, debug and document applications
• Experience in the use of object and/or third generation language development tools
• Experience in one or more programming languages
