Job summary

Geotab is seeking a Software Developer Intern for the Winter 2027 term to join the Development Team. You will contribute to a web-based application handling data from millions of vehicles, write high-performance C# .NET backend code, and develop UI components with TypeScript, React, Angular, HTML and CSS.

The role includes testing with XUnit, working with SQL and PostgreSQL, using Git for source control, and creating documentation.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Math, Software Engineering or a related field.
• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills, and a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine features for C# .NET backend applications.
• Create UI components using TypeScript, React, Angular, HTML and CSS.
• Develop automated unit tests using XUnit in C#.
• Write SQL queries and work with PostgreSQL databases.
• Use Git for source control and write technical documentation.
• Debug and test software to ensure reliability.
