As a Software Developer Intern on the WEM Quality Assurance team, you will build AI-enhanced test automation for user interfaces and backend microservices while using GenAI throughout the software development lifecycle to improve engineering productivity and software quality. You will gain hands-on experience with Java, Python, Selenium, Playwright, REST APIs, AWS AI technologies, and production observability tools while learning how to evaluate AI-generated output critically and apply it responsibly. Working alongside senior engineers, you will contribute to quality engineering practices that identify defects earlier, improve test coverage, and increase confidence in software releases.
