Description

Responsibilities:

• Translate technical system specifications into working, tested applications.
• Develop detailed programming specifications, write and generate code, compile data-driven programs.

Skills and Experience:

Technical Skills (50%)

• Thorough knowledge of large-scale systems analysis, design, development, and programming concepts.
• Experience with Data Analytics & Business Intelligence (PowerBI, MS Fabric, Dax, M query).
• Design of cloud-based solutions using Azure and AWS.
• Development in .NET platforms using Blazor/Razor WASM and Server frameworks in C#.
• Experience with cross-platform mobile app development (e.g., Ionic, Cordova).
• Knowledge of application/web servers (IIS, Apache, WebLogic).
• Object-oriented programming and architectural patterns.
• Design and develop multi-threaded applications, APIs, optimize, refactor, debug.
• Knowledge of CI/CD, concurrency patterns, security concepts (authentication, encryption, SSL).

Project Management (10%)

• Lead complex IT projects, coordinate teams and external vendors, ensure timely delivery.
• Manage multiple, concurrent, multi-year projects.

Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills (20%)

• Identify and resolve technical issues, conduct research, assess requirements, lead design projects.
• Develop technical design options to ensure effective hardware/software operation and security.

Communication & Interpersonal Skills (20%)

• Prepare reports, explain technical solutions to diverse stakeholders.
• Collaborate with project staff, vendors, and IT committees.
• Communicate clearly on project status, progress, next steps.
• Team-oriented with a proven track record of meeting deadlines.

Must Have:

• Experience with .NET, Blazor/Razor WASM and Server frameworks in C#.
• Experience with Data Analytics & Business Intelligence tools.
• Design and development of multi-threaded applications, APIs, and debugging skills.

• Effective communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
