Turner Fleischer Architects Inc is seeking a Software Developer in Toronto with a hybrid work setup. You will design, build, test, deploy, and maintain full-stack applications supporting studio workflows using JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and C# with ASP.NET Core.
You’ll collaborate with architects and developers, implement APIs, and contribute to DevOps and data workflows. Strong communication and problem-solving are essential; Autodesk API experience is a plus.

Our in-house design departments include Architecture, Interior Design and Experiential Graphic Design. In addition, we have a Digital Practice Department, who commits to the implementation of BIM, research + development, and the infusion of cutting-edge technology into our projects and practice.
As a Software Developer, you are responsible for designing, developing, testing, deploying, and maintaining custom applications that support the needs of our studio. Working directly with operational teams and end users, you will develop an understanding of their workflows and translate identified problems and requirements into effective software solutions. You will own defined features and areas of applications from concept through implementation, working across the full technology stack and collaborating with other developers throughout the development lifecycle.

The expected hiring range for this position is $65,000 to $80,000 annually. This hiring range falls within a broader salary band established for the role. Final compensation will be determined based on the successful candidate’s experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity.
