What You’ll Do

Dev A-Team involves advanced level analysis and troubleshooting of internal bug tickets coming from different departments. As a Software Analyst, you will initiate and design solutions to enhance team performance and improve workflows. Occasional code fix suggestions or patch generation or porting may be required for quick resolution or proof of concept fixes.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in analyzing debug log files, crash analysis, and bug identification in SOTI one products.
  • Collaborate with senior team members to suggest potential fixes and coordinate with the engineering team.
  • Work with internal teams to understand and contribute to diagnostic tools development.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and researching issues reported by frontline teams in Jira. Support the identification of issues caused by operating system or non-product factors.
  • Help the team to test/setup debug environments for reproduction of issue. Work on minor or low priority Jira tickets.
Qualifications
  • Degree in Computer Information/Application Systems, Enterprise Computing, Information Technology, or equivalent.
  • 0–1 year experience in MDM or 0-1 year in software development or related field.
  • Familiarity with enterprise MDM solutions and mobile platforms.
  • Basic understanding of any language Java or C#.
  • Understanding of basic networking concepts.
  • Strong critical-thinking and troubleshooting skills.
  • Interest in developing custom applications and learning advanced techniques.
Nice to have
  • Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python or PowerShell.
  • Exposure to cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
  • Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles.
  • Exposure to Agile
