Job summary

Interior Health Authority is seeking registered Social Workers to join Hillside Centre and South Hills Tertiary Psychiatric Rehabilitation Centre in Kamloops. Qualifications

• Must be a registered Social Worker.
• Experience in psychosocial assessment, counselling and advocacy.
• Experience working in mental health or allied health settings preferred.

• Complete psychosocial assessments and develop care plans.
• Provide counselling and advocacy to support recovery and discharge planning.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support community reintegration.
