Job Description: Under the direction of the Manager, and as part of an interdisciplinary team, the Social Worker BSW provides a range of screening, triage, assessment, treatment, and case coordination services to a primarily adult community mental health and addictions population.

- Ability to prepare reports in a clear, concise and timely manner.
- Demonstrated understanding and sensitivity to social and cultural diversity
- Knowledge of the population health approach and social determinants of health
- Knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety and Regulations
- Knowledge in community outreach and crisis interventions
- Knowledge in various intervention strategies for individuals and groups
