Job summary

Saskatchewan Health Authority in Prince Albert is seeking a Social Worker (BSW) for the HIV Strategy team. The role focuses on hepatitis/HIV outreach, case management, and harm reduction for clients and families, under HSAS terms.

The position is full-time temporary with 112 hours per 3 weeks, travel required, and a pay band of CAD 35.14 to 42.97 per hour. Preference is given to HSAS members per SAHO/HSAS Collective Agreement.

Qualifications
