Saskatchewan Health Authority is seeking a Community Program Builder for the Sexually Transmitted Diseases Specialty Clinic in Prince Albert. The role is a full-time temporary position focusing on empowering individuals and fostering community connections.

You will collaborate with diverse community members to facilitate transitions from supports to independence, working within a dynamic team environment and ensuring accessible services across shifts.

Qualificações

• Experience in family or social services is desirable.
• One year of related life skills/experience preferred.
• Experience in community programs or youth services is a plus.

• The Community Program Builder works collaboratively with diverse and marginalized community members and organizations to facilitate eventual transition from program supports to self empowerment, independence and community connections.
• Support program participants in developing life skills and access to community resources; promote empowerment and social inclusion.
