About the Role:

We’re hiring a Social Media Strategist who knows how to both think and do. You’ll lead strategy across client accounts while also jumping in to help create and execute high-performing content. If you love building out content calendars, making TikToks or reels in CapCut, designing clean layouts in Canva, and writing smart captions that convert — this role is for you.

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop monthly social media strategies and content plans across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn (and more, depending on the client)
  • Write captions that are platform-relevant, on-brand, and strategically aligned with campaign goals
  • Create light social content using Canva (graphics, carousels, stories, etc.) and CapCut (Reels/TikTok edits)
  • Collaborate with our design and video team for larger creative pieces, but own smaller content production end-to-end
  • Manage and maintain content calendars, keeping everything organized and aligned with brand voice
  • Help with social shoot direction and concepting
  • Analyze performance and provide monthly reports with insights and recommendations
  • Keep an eye on trends and new platform features to inform client strategies

Who You Are:

  • 2–3 years of experience in a social media or content role (agency experience preferred)
  • Confident creating content in Canva and editing simple videos in CapCut or similar tools
  • Strong writing skills — you know how to make captions punchy, clear, and conversion-driven
  • Up to date on Instagram + TikTok trends, formats, and features
  • Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple accounts at once
  • Proactive, collaborative, and solution-oriented
  • Bonus if you’ve worked with ecommerce, beauty, or lifestyle brands
  • This is a hybrid role open to candidates in Toronto or South Florida. Content shoots will take place locally in either Toronto or Boca Raton, so you must be able to attend in-person shoot days and select team meetings in your region.
