We’re Dash Activate Online, a performance marketing agency helping digital brands grow fast by building scroll-stopping, psychology-driven ad creative.

We’re looking for a Creative Strategist who can help us think, not just create—someone who can decode human behavior and turn it into messaging that drives results.

What You’ll Be Doing :

  • Develop strategic creative concepts based on buyer psychology and avatar identity.
  • Write briefs and messaging frameworks for UGC videos, static ads, and performance creative.
  • Review ad performance data (hook rate, hold rate, CTR, etc.) to shape test strategy.
  • Lead weekly creative testing initiatives and help us iterate faster, smarter.
  • Work closely with our media buyers, designers, and editors to scale winners and cut the rest.

This is a remote, async-first role with flexible hours. Start part-time (15–20 hrs / week) and grow with us.

  • Understand why good creative works—not just what it looks like.
  • Have experience with Meta / TikTok Ads, UGC scripting, and funnel-aware messaging.
  • Think in angles, hooks, emotions, and avatar identities.
  • Get more urgent when results dip—not more passive.
  • Love analyzing patterns, testing new ideas, and writing with purpose.

You won’t be designing or editing—this role is about strategy, direction, and creative intent.

  • Have experience analyzing creative KPIs like hold rate and hook retention.
  • Are familiar with frameworks like Mindstates for Marketing, Jobs To Be Done, or levels of awareness.
  • Have worked in eCom, coaching, or direct-to-consumer brands.
