GLOWS is seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Specialist to manage and enhance our online presence across multiple social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Reddit, and blogs. The successful candidate will collaborate with our marketing team to execute a high-quality social media strategy that aligns with our brand and business objectives. This role plays a key part in ensuring audience engagement and a strong online presence. You Will :

• Curate engaging content tailored to our audience across various platforms.
• Develop and implement social media strategies in line with business goals.
• Collaboration closely with the content leads to plan and schedule content.
• Monitor and analyze social media trends and tools to ensure the latest best practices are followed.
• Conduct outreach marketing to expand our brand reach.
• Track and report on social media performance metrics to optimize engagement and reach.

Your Qualifications :

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in social media management.
• Proficiency in managing multiple social media platforms .
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of Canva or similar visual design tools.
• Familiarity with project management and scheduling tools.
• Experience working with CMS platforms (WordPress, HubSpot, etc.).
• Proven ability to collaborate across teams and departments.
• Proficiency in G Suite.

Bonus Qualifications :

• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
• Understanding of SEO and keyword research.
• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• Experience with video and podcast production, multiplatform editing.
• Creating social ads.
