About the Role
We are seeking adynamic and creative Marketing & Social Media Managerto lead our brand's digital presence and creative initiatives. This pivotal role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution to elevate brand awareness, drive customer acquisition, and support business growth through innovative content and campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
1. Content Creation & Social Media Management
- Develop and implement a cohesive social media strategy across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
- Create engaging, on-brand content (graphics, videos, captions, stories, reels) that fosters community engagement and builds brand loyalty.
- Manage content calendars, scheduling, and timely posting.
2. Website Maintenance
- Maintain and update website content, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and user experience best practices.
- Manage plugins, troubleshoot technical issues, and collaborate with developers or IT when needed.
- Optimize site for performance and accessibility.
3. Creative Oversight
- Lead all creative output including photography, videography, graphic design, and visual branding.
- Ensure consistency and high quality across all marketing materials and channels.
- Collaborate with internal teams or external partners on brand storytelling and creative campaigns.
4. Campaign Management
- Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive brand visibility, lead generation, and conversion.
- Manage timelines, budgets, and KPIs across marketing initiatives.
- Coordinate with sales, product, or other teams to ensure alignment of messaging and goals.
5. Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) across platforms and campaigns (e.g., engagement, traffic, conversions).
- Prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights.
- Continuously refine strategies based on data and audience behaviour.
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience in marketing, social media management, and creative direction.
- Strong portfolio showcasing content creation across digital platforms.
- Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Airbnb, Vrbo, or similar.
- Experience with website CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Squarespace).
- Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive, hands-on approach with a passion for storytelling and brand building.
Bonus Skills (Preferred, not required)
- Photography and video editing skills
- Paid advertising experience (e.g., Meta Ads, Google Ads)
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or SEO best practices
- Experience in influencer outreach or partnership marketing
