Position Summary :

We are looking for a creative, strategic, and results-driven Social Media & Influencer Manager to lead our brand’s presence across social media platforms. You will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that enhance brand visibility, engage our community, and drive measurable growth. You will also identify, onboard, and manage partnerships with influencers that align with our brand values and objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

Social Media Management

• Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, Pinterest, etc.) to grow our community.
• Manage all social accounts
• Create compelling content (photos and videos)
• Engage with the online community, responding to comments, DMs, and mentions in a timely and brand-appropriate manner
• Regular performance analysis
• Monitor trends, track engagement metrics, and optimize posts based on performance.
• Manage the content calendar and ensure consistent brand voice and tone across channels.

Influencer Marketing

• Identify new influencer opportunities aligned with brand values and campaign goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, creators, and brand ambassadors.
• Negotiate contracts, coordinate campaign deliverables, and ensure timely content delivery.
• Monitor and report on influencer campaign performance and ROI.
• Stay up to date on influencer trends.

Newsletter + Automation

• Design, plan, and send newsletters.
• Write engaging content adapted to each segment of the database.
• Manage the emailing tool (Klaviyo) and ensure the smooth running of campaigns.
• Define and implement automation flows.
• Monitor campaign performance and propose optimizations based on results.

Essential assets and skills :

• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and tools (Capcut, Premiere Pro ou Final cut pro, Canva, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, TikTok Creator Marketplace, etc.)
• Paid ad campaigns
• Knowledge of Google Suite
• Affinity with UGC and affiliate programs.
• Proven track record of growing online communities and managing influencer campaigns.
• Good knowledge of the North American market
• Bilingual in French and English, both written and spoken
• 5 years of experience in social media marketing

• Job Type : Full-Time
• Start Date : Immediate, but we’re flexible. For us, every hire is strategic. Hence, we’re willing to take the time to find someone who fully shares our vision and energy.
• Annual Salary : Based on experience. Bonus possibilities.
