Job Summary

We’re looking for a results-driven Social Media Manager who thrives at the intersection of storytelling, branding, and strategy. You'll be responsible for shaping our online voice, growing our audience, and driving engagement across platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube.

This role requires both creative content creation and performance-based thinking — with a deep understanding of startup culture and the international entrepreneur community.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute multi-platform social media strategy aligned with brand and growth goals
• Plan, create, and schedule high-quality content (posts, Reels, carousels, stories, LinkedIn banners, YouTube thumbnails, etc.)
• Collaborate with designers, content writers, and business advisors to ensure message consistency
• Manage social media calendars and content planning in sync with campaign launches, startup success stories, and internal milestones
• Write compelling, SEO-informed captions that reflect brand tone and drive action
• Respond to comments and DMs, engage with founders, startups, and partners
• Monitor analytics, track KPIs, and optimize strategy based on performance
• Support launches of new programs (e.g., ABCs of Startup, Ideation Lab) through social
• Coordinate social coverage for pitch days, events, or accelerator updates
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, startup ecosystem news, and platform changes

Qualifications & Skills

• 2–4 years of experience in social media management, preferably in startups, tech, or accelerator space
• Proficiency in tools like Canva, Notion, Meta Business Suite, Later/Hootsuite, Google Analytics
• Strong writing and visual storytelling skills; ability to write in a clear, dynamic, engaging tone
• Understanding of social media growth strategies and performance metrics
• Basic knowledge of video editing (Reels, shorts, etc.) is a plus
• Familiarity with business immigration, entrepreneurship, or innovation ecosystems is a strong advantage
• Self-starter with attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to meet deadlines
