We are currently looking for a skilled, dedicated person to fill the position of Social Media Coordinator at our Summerside, PEI location.

We are in search of someone who is passionate about all things digital, has a keen eye for detail, and can think creatively to engage our audience. If you are a self-starter with strong communication skills and a love for social media, we want you on our team!

Purpose :

This position will be responsible for creating high-quality, engaging content across various social media platforms. They will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy to increase brand awareness and drive engagement.

Responsibilities :

• Develop and create engaging content for various social media platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, and YouTube
• Schedule and upload content to various social media channels, ensuring consistency with the brand’s voice and style.
• Monitor comments and messages on social media platforms, responding promptly when necessary
• Track metrics and provide monthly reports on the performance of social media content
• Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm content ideas and develop strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement
• Collaborate with the team to align social media campaigns with overall marketing goals
• Research industry trends and stay up to date on relevant news and updates to develop timely and relevant content
• Utilize design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite to create visually appealing graphics that align with brand guidelines
• Available to assist with our events, and capture video and still photography content
• Available to travel between our 15 dealerships throughout the Maritime provinces
• Other marketing related duties as required

Experience, Education, Skills and Knowledge :

• 1+ years social media content creation experience or similar role
• Knowledgeable in Agriculture and / or powersports industries preferred
• In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, tools, best practices, and analytics and reporting
• Proven experience in video content creation and social media management.
• Proficient in basic video editing software for creating short-form content
• Excellent storytelling skills with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Confident and professional on-camera presence.
• High School Diploma or equivalent work experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Valid Driver’s License required

Salary Range : $38,000 / yr-$43,000 / yr
