Want to join us? We are looking for experienced Social Media Content Specialists available to work a combination of shifts—including days (8AM-4PM), evenings (4PM-12AM), and overnight (12AM-8AM)—throughout the week and on weekends, to join our growing team.

Responsibilities include:

• Review, monitor, moderate, and respond to comments on our clients’ social channels using their brand voice.
• Create engaging written content to boost participation and engagement.
• Provide excellent customer experience on social channels.
• Escalate issues, insights, and opportunities through appropriate channels.
• Understand clients’ social media strategies, tone-of-voice, and brand guidelines.
• Ensure community safety policies and brand guidelines are followed.

Qualifications:

• Native fluency in British English; additional languages are a plus.
• Exceptional written communication skills in English.
• Residency in Canada.
• Flexible availability to work various shifts, including weekends.
• Experience moderating and engaging across social media platforms.
• Ability to create content that aligns with brand voice and guidelines.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Interest in content moderation across industries.
• Reliable high-speed internet without data restrictions.
• Active Facebook account.

Note: Both full-time (32-40 hrs/week) and part-time (24-32 hrs/week) roles are available, with 8-hour shifts as outlined.

Additional Information:

The hourly pay ranges from $16.75 to $17.00 CAD or the minimum wage in your province, whichever is higher. Benefits include medical, dental, RRSP, paid time off, and more, for employees working at least 22 hours weekly.
