A leading company in Toronto is seeking a nimble and creative Social Media Content Producer. This role involves producing organic and paid content across various brand channels, focusing on short-form videos for platforms like TikTok and Instagram. The ideal candidate will have strong storytelling instincts and thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing both creative and technical aspects of production.

We're looking for a nimble and creative Social Media Content Producer with a strong grasp of social and creator culture and production experience that leans short-form and social-first, grounded in storytelling and production principles. You will produce organic and paid content across brand channels, leading content and production trends to enable high-performing content on TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
You should have sharp storytelling instincts, the ability to transform client requests into engaging content, and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You will own both the creative and technical sides of production, from shooting on an iPhone, directing creators, to editing in Premiere or CapCut, bringing ideas to life from start to finish. This is a client-facing role.
Key Responsibilities:
