Job summary

Pixel8.CA is seeking a Content Creator to drive the creative direction and execution for client accounts. You will generate content ideas tailored to goals and audience, and be actively involved on shoots to bring concepts to life — from concept through to camera.

Collaborate with editors and account leads to ensure shoot output translates into strong final deliverables and stay ahead of industry trends with proactive ideas.

Qualifications

• Experience in content creation, videography, or social media content, ideally in an agency or fast-paced marketing environment.
• A strong creative eye and genuine interest in what makes content perform.
• Comfortable being hands-on during shoots — problem-solving, adjusting, and contributing ideas in the moment.
• Reliable and punctual — shoots run on schedule and depend on the full team being ready to go.
• A collaborative mindset, able to take direction and give it, and work well alongside editors and other creatives.
• Comfortable being on camera.
• Strong organizational habits to manage ideas and shoot schedules across multiple accounts at once.
