Job summary

Oakville Fence Repair seeks a creative content creator to build our All TruLandscape presence on Instagram, Facebook and YouTube. You will film real projects on site, edit engaging videos, publish content, and run Meta ads to grow our landscaping audience.

You’ll visit job sites across Oakville, Burlington, Milton, Mississauga and Hamilton, craft captions and hooks, and manage campaigns. This hands-on role requires camera comfort and reliable transport.

Qualifications

• Fluent English written and spoken.
• Proven video editing and graphics creation using CapCut, Premiere or Canva.
• Strong understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and Facebook content.
• Experience running paid Meta ads campaigns.
• Portfolio with engagement numbers.
• Comfortable on camera near active construction sites.
• Own camera or phone and reliable transport to job sites.

Oakville Fence Repair is growing its landscaping division, All TruLandscape. We are looking for a creative, camera-comfortable content creator to build our landscaping presence on Instagram, Facebook and YouTube. You will film real projects on site, turn them into content people want to watch, and run our Meta ads.

This is a hands-on role with a clear scope. You create the content, publish it, run the ads, and keep everything organized.

What You Will Do

• Create and publish short-form and long-form content for Instagram, Facebook and YouTube that showcases our landscaping projects
• Visit job sites across Oakville, Burlington, Milton, Mississauga and Hamilton to capture photo and video content
• Write captions, hooks and calls to action, and adapt approved content across platforms
• Plan, manage and optimize Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns
• Track performance and report on results
• Maintain a content calendar and keep content and files organized

What We Are Looking For

• Fluent English, written and spoken
• Proven experience editing short-form video and creating graphics (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Canva or similar)
• Strong understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and Facebook content
• Hands-on experience running paid campaigns in Meta Ads Manager
• A portfolio of content you created, with engagement numbers or results
• Comfortable on camera and comfortable working around an active construction site
• Own camera or phone equipment and reliable transportation to job sites
• Organized and consistent, able to keep a posting schedule without reminders
• Experience with social media analytics tools and reporting

Nice to Have

• Russian or Ukrainian language fluency;
• Professional photography/videography experience;
• Previous experience in the landscaping or construction sectors;
• Familiarity with email marketing and CRM tools.
