Job description

Total Hours / week: 7 - 10 hours / week (with opportunity to become full time)

Location: Mon, Tues & Wed in office 1 PM - 3 PM. Remote: 3 - 4 hours / week. (Flexible on in-office days/hours for the right fit).

General description: Assists in completing day-to-day social media posts/newsletters and general administrative support duties.

Detailed description:

  • Assists with creating monthly social media plan & scheduling posts & newsletters.
  • Assists with photo shoots
  • Assists with onboarding social media affiliates
  • Assists with reaching out to suppliers with price inquiries
  • Assists with compiling documentation needed for annual audits & certification renewals
  • Assists with customer inquiries
  • Assists with inventory management - you will be given an order list and you take it from there: Submitting orders, getting ETAs on supplies arrivals, arranging shipping
  • Assists with general operational and administration duties as needed
  • Assists with onboarding new team members & shipping supplies to demo reps
  • Creates new SOPs as needed
  • Owns & completes Master SOP Schedule & Action Log

Pay: $21.88-$24.51 per hour
