Job summary

Range Foundation is seeking a Social Impact Coordinator to manage a growing portfolio of local and international charitable partnerships. You will oversee the full lifecycle, from screening and due diligence to grant structures, reporting, and ongoing relationship management.

You will develop engaging communications, coordinate events and activations, and travel up to 10% to foster partnerships with donors and partners worldwide.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in international development, nonprofit management, business, communications or equivalent.
  • 1-3 years in charitable partnerships, grants management, CSR, philanthropy, or related field.
  • Experience due diligence or vetting for charitable/nonprofit partners is a strong asset.
  • Experience drafting, structuring, or administering grant or partnership agreements is a strong asset.
  • Strong project management and ability to manage multiple relationships and deadlines.

Responsibilities

About the Role

We are looking for an organized, relationship-driven, and mission-aligned Social Impact Coordinator to manageagrowing portfolio of local and international charitable partnerships. Reporting to the Director of Social Impact, you willmanagethe full partnership lifecycle-from application review and due diligence, through grant agreementstructuring, to ongoing relationship management and impact reporting.You’llhelp bring our giving partners to life for employees and stakeholdersacross our portfolio of companiesthrough engaging communications, activations, and events.This position requires travel of 0-10%, with a mix of domestic and international, to execute on-site events and represent our organizationprofessionallywith clients, corporate partners, and charitable partners.

Key Responsibilities:
Charitable Partnership Management
  • Manage a portfolio of local and international charitable partnerships(<$100k annually)across the full partnership lifecycle.

  • Support the Manager and Director with large charitable partnership management.

  • Lead intake andinitialreview of grant applications, including organizational vettinganddue diligenceon prospective partners, and alignment to RangeFoundationfocus areas and approach.

  • Supportdevelopmentofpartnership structures and draft grant agreements, includingfundingdeliverables, reporting requirements,payment schedules,and engagement opportunities.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for active partners, managing day-to-day communication and relationship health.

  • Track partner deliverables and grant milestones to ensure agreements are fulfilled on time and as intended.

  • Support the Director of Social Impact inidentifying, evaluating, and onboarding new local and international partnership opportunities.

  • Maintainaccuratepartner records, due diligence documentation, and grant files in line with foundation governance standards.

Communications, Engagement& Reporting
  • Support the production of theannual impact report, synthesizing data,stories, and contentfrom partner activities and campaigns.

  • Develop clear, on-brand messaging for internaland externalchannels, including email,social media, newsletters, blog posts, and the internal intranet platform.

  • Create strategies and materials that strengthen engagement with giving partners and amplify theirimpactstories.

  • Plan and execute local in-person and virtual social impact activations, volunteer opportunities, and partner engagement events for internal teams.

  • Conduct research toidentifytrends, benchmarks, and opportunities that strengthen the foundation’s giving strategy.

Event Coordination & Logistics
  • Support the Manager and Director with the planning and execution of 2-3 domestic or international events annually focused on partner stewardship, fundraising, and/or stakeholder engagementfor a primarily external audience.

  • Research, source, and secure event venues, supporting contract negotiations and event details to align with theme and budget.

  • Coordinate comprehensive travellogistics, itineraries, and accommodation bookings for staff, VIP guests, and speakers.

  • Develop,maintain, and distribute event agendas, production timelines, and run sheets to ensure all stakeholders are aligned.

  • Travel domestically and internationally (up to 10%) to lead orassistwith hands-on event setup, vendor coordination, and breakdown.

  • Provide seamless on-sitelogisticsmanagement, proactively troubleshooting any day-of scheduling or operational challenges to ensure events run smoothly.

  • Act as a professional ambassador for the brand and team during networking sessions, receptions, and social gatherings.

  • Engage warmly and professionally with donors, corporate partners, and institutional stakeholders to foster long-term partnership stewardship and fundraising goals.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (international development, nonprofit management, business, communications) or equivalent experience.

  • 1-3 years of experience in charitable partnerships, grants management, corporate social responsibility, philanthropy, or related field an asset.

  • Experience conducting organizational due diligence or vetting for charitable or nonprofit partners is a strong asset.

  • Experience drafting, structuring, or administering grant or partnership agreements is a strong asset.

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple partner relationships and deadlines simultaneously.

  • Willingness and ability to travel both domestically and internationally to support on-site event delivery.

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a proventrack recordofmaintaininghigh professionalism in social and high-stakes networking environments.

  • Excellent writing skills with an eye for clear, on-brand, and engaging messaging.

  • Strong critical thinking and research skills, with the ability to synthesize data into clear reporting and recommendations.

  • Experience creating visual content-graphics, social media assets, or presentation design—is an asset.

  • Proficiencywith Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Canva and social media platforms is an asset.

  • Self-motivated with a genuine passion for social impact, sustainability, and corporate social responsibility.

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and interpersonal communication skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Employees have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and compensation tied to business and individual performance. The expected compensation range for this position is: $58,000 to $65,000. The actual compensation may vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training.
