Job summary

Vancouver Whitecaps FC is seeking an organized, proactive Manager, Academy Operations to lead operational and administrative functions across the MLS Academy. You will ensure smooth delivery of team travel, match-day operations, scheduling, registration, player services, billet programming, and relocation support.

Reporting to the Director, Academy Operations, you will work with players, families, coaches, Academy staff, leagues, vendors, and internal departments to uphold service standards,

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years in sports operations, team administration, or travel coordination.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Experience coordinating travel, budgets, and logistics.
• Excellent communication with players, families, staff, and vendors.
• Ability to work flexible hours and travel with teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day Academy operations coordination.
• Manage calendars, field bookings, communications, and events.
• Coordinate with leagues, governing bodies, and partners to meet requirements.
• Support billet program, relocation, and education/wellbeing services.
• Oversee registration with Canada Soccer Connect and FIFA TMS.
• Assist on travel planning, match-day operations and on-site support.
