Job summary

Acosta Group is seeking a Brand Ambassador for food sampling in the Niagara region. This part-time role focuses on promoting products, sharing samples, and delivering key messaging to shoppers during weekend shifts. Availability Thursday–Sunday is valued, with flexibility for occasional additional sites.

Applicants should enjoy interaction, be comfortable meeting sampling targets, and able to work independently. Training is provided and Smart Serve & Food Safety are required.

Qualifications

• Great customer experience and hospitality skills.
• Food services experience preferred.
• Must have Smart Serve and Food Safety.
• Ability to approach consumers confidently and communicate messaging.
• Able to stand for ~6 hours per shift.
• Able to set up and disassemble sampling booth.
• Access to a device with photo capabilities and internet.

Responsibilities

• Promote products, share samples and provide information to consumers.
• Interact with customers to meet sampling targets.
• Responsible for booth setup and breakdown as needed.
• Occasional shifts in Ancaster, Stoney Creek, Dundas, Waterdown, Burlington and Grimsby.

Brand Ambassador – Food Sampling

Product Demonstrator

Are you outgoing and enthusiastic about interacting with people? If promoting the best brands to today’s shoppers sounds appealing, a position as a Brand Ambassador with us, is the place for you! We are looking for part time Product Demonstrators who will promote products, share samples and provide information to consumers.

Schedule

• Training: to be provided prior to your first day in field
• Looking for Thursday-Sunday availability Saturday’s & Sunday’s (11am to 5pm) Thursdays & Fridays (1pm-7pm)

*Working with ongoing business (will have casual shifts through the year, schedule provided in advance)*

Wage

• $21/hour

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Think you have what it takes to have an impact on consumers purchase decisions
• Are confident in your ability to meet sampling targets

QUALIFICATIONS

• Great customer experience and hospitality skills

• Must have Smart Serve and Food Safety
• Ability to confidently approach consumers and communicate with people while delivering key messaging
• Ability to stand for the length of your shift (approximately 6 hours)
• Ability to set up and disassemble your sampling booth (all items are stored on location)
• Access to a device with photo capabilities and internet to complete your nightly reporting
• Must have access to a car and be able to drive and occasionally take shifts in Ancaster, Stoney Creek, Dundas, Waterdown, Burlington and Grimsby if needed.
• Ability to work independently
