Job summary

Mosaic Sales Solutions Canada Operating Co is seeking enthusiastic Brand Ambassadors to bring products to life through sampling and demonstrations. This part-time role requires you to engage shoppers, meet sampling targets, and work with a friendly team across Saturdays, Sundays, Thursdays, and Fridays.

Training is provided, with $21/hour compensation and opportunities to travel to neighbouring cities as needed.

• Experience in customer service or sales is an asset.
• Excellent communication skills and confident shopper engagement.
• Access to a smartphone with photo/internet reporting.
• Must have own vehicle and be able to reach nearby cities as needed.
• Mandatory Food Safety and Smart Serve certifications.

Brand Ambassador – Food Sampling

Product Demonstrator (Part-Time)

Schedule

• Training: Provided before your first shift
• Typical Hours:
• Saturdays & Sundays: 11 AM - 5 PM
• Thursdays & Fridays: 1 PM - 7 PM
• Casual shifts throughout the year with advance scheduling

Compensation

• $21/hour

RESPONSIBILITIES

You’re a Great Fit If You:

• Have Thursday- Sunday availability
• Enjoy working independently and engaging with people
• Are confident, approachable, and goal-oriented
• Can stand for up to 6 hours and meet sampling targets

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous customer service or sales experience is an asset
• Strong communication skills and ability to approach shoppers confidently
• Access to a smartphone with photo and internet capabilities for reporting
• Must have access to own vehicle and be able to get to neighbour cities, such as Oakville and Milton if needed.
• Food Safety and Smart Serve certifications are mandatory
