Job summary

Mosaic Sales Solutions Canada Operating Co is seeking Part-time Brand Ambassadors to promote products, share samples and inform shoppers in the York Region. Shifts are primarily Saturdays and Sundays, with occasional Thursdays or Fridays, and training provided before first day in the field.

Role requires strong customer service skills, the ability to engage customers confidently, and the stamina to stand for about six hours per shift.

Qualifications

• Customer service or sales experience preferred.
• Must have Smart Serve certification and Food Handlers.
• Ability to confidently approach consumers and communicate messaging.
• Ability to stand for the length of your shift (approximately 6 hours).
• Access to a vehicle is an asset.

Brand Ambassador - Food Sampling

Product Demonstrator

Are you outgoing and enthusiastic about interacting with people? If promoting the best brands to todays shoppers sounds appealing, a position as a Brand Ambassador with us, is the place for you! We are looking for part time Product Demonstrators who will promote products, share samples and provide information to consumers.

Schedule

• Training: to be provided prior to your first day in field
• Shifts are Saturdays & Sundays (11am to 5pm)
• Some shifts available on Thursdays & Fridays (1pm-7pm)
• Looking for Thursday-Sunday availability

Working with ongoing business (will have casual shifts through the year, schedule provided in advance)

Wage

• $21/hour

Responsibilities

You know you're a fit for this role because you:

• Are available most weekends
• Are comfortable working independently
• Love to interact with customers (If you're very shy, this may not be the job for you)
• Think you have what it takes to have an impact on consumers purchase decisions
• Are confident in your ability to meet sampling targets

Qualifications

• Customer service or sales experience preferred
• MUST have valid Smart Serve certification+ Food Handlers
• Ability to confidently approach consumers and communicate with people while delivering key messaging
• Ability to stand for the length of your shift (approximately 6 hours)
• Ability to set up and disassemble your sampling booth (all items are stored on location)
• Access to a device with photo capabilities and internet to complete your nightly reporting
• Access to a vehicle is an asset
• Liquor Certification is mandatory
• Food Safety certified prior to interview
