Job summary

A Hiring Company is seeking a snow shoveler to clear walkways and assist with visiting corporate clients across the Montreal area. Shifts are posted via our mobile app and you choose what fits your schedule. You’ll join at the LaSalle office and travel by truck to sites, performing manual snow removal outdoors.

Physical, outdoor work in winter conditions requires reliability and punctuality. No prior experience needed; full training provided.

Qualifications

• Physically able to handle cold weather and physical labor.
• Must report to LaSalle at the stated location for shifts.

Responsibilities

• Snow removal and related outdoor tasks at corporate sites.

JOIN OUR TEAM AS A SNOW SHOVELER!

What You’ll Do

• When snow is in the forecast, our supervisors post available shifts in our mobile app — you simply choose the ones that fit your schedule!
• Teams meet at our LaSalle office and leave together by truck to visit our corporate clients across the Montreal area, performing manual snow removal.
• At the end of the shift, everyone returns to the departure point together.

It’s physical, outdoor work, be ready— you’ll stay in great shape all winter. Who needs a gym membership?

• Reliable, punctual, and ready to work outdoors
• Physically able to handle cold weather and physical labor
• Must be able to report to LaSalle (2288 Rue des Cannes Brûlées) at any time (day or night)

Work Conditions and Physical Requirements

This job is performed outdoors, in varied winter weather conditions including cold, snow, wind, rain, and occasional ice.
You will often work in wet, slippery, and windy environments.

This position requires good physical fitness and the ability to:

• Sit and stand up frequently
• Climb, kneel, and bend the knees
• Perform repetitive movements (shoveling, pushing, pulling)
• Bend at the hips
• Lift, carry, push, or pull loads up to 27 kg (60 lb)
