Job summary

Strathmore Landscape Management in Montréal is seeking a Snow Removal Crew Leader to guide a 2–3 person crew during snow events. You will ensure tasks are completed safely and efficiently, communicating clearly on-site and meeting Strathmore quality standards.

This seasonal, outdoors role requires at least 1 year of supervisory experience, a valid Class 5 license, reliable transportation, and availability 24/7 during snow events.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience supervising a team in a physically demanding environment.
• Valid Class 5 driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Reliable and punctual; on-time for every confirmed shift.
• Physically fit and able to work outdoors in cold, windy, snowy conditions.
• Must have reliable transportation to our LaSalle office (2288 Rue des Cannes Brûlées) or other assigned sites.
• Available 24/7, including weekends and holidays during snow events.

Position Summary

As a Snow Removal Crew Leader, you’ll lead and support a team of 2–3 crew members during snow events. You’ll ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to Strathmore’s quality standards, while maintaining team morale and clear communication on-site.

When a snowstorm is forecast,shifts are posted in our mobile app, and you’ll confirm your crew’s availability.Teams meet at our LaSalle office and depart together by truck to service ourcorporate clients across the Montreal area.At the end of each shift, the crew returns together to the departure point.

It’s hands-on, outdoor work — you’ll stay active and lead by example in challenging winter conditions!
