Job summary

Mz's Lawn Care in North York, Ontario is hiring a Snow Remover for a full-time, on-site role. You will clear snow and ice from sidewalks, driveways, parking lots, and building entrances using shovels, snow blowers, and related equipment.

Qualifications

• Physically demanding outdoor work including lifting, shoveling, and standing in winter conditions.
• Experience with snow removal tools and equipment (snow plow on pickup, snow shovels, snow blowers, ice spreaders).
• Strong safety awareness and attention to detail around vehicles, walkways and entrances.
• Reliable time management with flexible hours based on weather conditions.
• Good communication and a professional, respectful approach with clients and team.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team with minimal supervision.
• Valid driver’s license and access to transportation to reach work sites in North York, ON is an asset.
• Previous experience in snow removal, landscaping, or property maintenance is beneficial but not required.

The role also involves basic equipment maintenance, safe operation of tools and machinery, and following company procedures to ensure reliable, timely service for all clients.
