Job summary

Wajax is seeking a dedicated professional to support the retail sales process. You will process high-volume product sales orders from receipt to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in every step while collaborating with sales and production teams to meet customer requirements and deliver exceptional service.

The role requires 3–4 years of relevant experience, a business-related diploma, and strong knowledge of order management processes.

Qualifications

  • Education and related field experience: High School diploma and/or Business diploma.
  • 3-4 years work experience in a similar position or related field.
  • Knowledge of business processes and sales/order management is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Plays an integral role in the retail sales process; processes high volume product sales orders from order reception to delivery.
  • Ensures all sales orders meet or exceed customer expectations.
  • Works closely with sales representatives and production team to review product sales and customer requirements.
  • Plans for the timely processing of sales orders including product purchase, delivery management, and documentation to vendors and other departments.
  • Provides timely financial and technical project status reports including final profit summaries.
  • Collaborates with the production team to meet financial targets and deliver high customer service.
  • Coordinates documentation including drawings approvals with engineering, vendors, and customers.
  • Coordinates all aspects of product delivery and reports rented/sold/returned units accurately.
  • Ensures discount and warranty structures are applied correctly.
  • Administers customer and supplier invoices including preparation and tracking for the production department.
  • Provides support to project managers and sales teams as required.

Plays an integral role in the retail sales process. Responsible for the efficient processing of high volume product sales orders from point of order reception to product delivery.Ensures all sales orders meet and/or exceed customer expectations.

The Role
  • Works closely with sales representatives and/or production team to review
    product sales and customer requirements; plans for the overall timely processing of sales orders
    including product purchase, management of product delivery, and communication of sales orders to
    vendor and other departments through proper documentation of requirements.
  • Works with production team to provide timely financial and technical project status reports
    including final project profit summary reports
  • Collaborates with other team members in the production team to meet and/or exceed financial
    targets as well as provide a high level of customer service and support.
  • Works effectively with other employees in the organization to support both internal and external
    customers
  • Administers customer and supplier invoices including preparation, communicating, and tracking for
    the production department
  • Provides support to project managers and sales teams as required.
  • Coordinates any necessary documentation including drawing approvals with engineering, vendors,
    and customers.

Compensation:

Base pay $40-50k per annum plus commission. Pay may vary based on skills, expertise, and performance, and is a component of the total rewards package.
