Job summary

ARC’TERYX in North Vancouver seeks a hands-on Design Developer 2 to translate design intent into fully resolved garments for Snow categories. You will pattern, prototype, and collaborate across teams to push innovative construction and documentation for scalable production.

The role requires a Fashion Design qualification with 4+ years in a technical design setting, strong CAD/Gerber skills, and proficiency in Office and Illustrator.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in a technical design environment.
• Pattern making experience, CAD with Gerber.
• Strong sewing, construction, and prototype skills.
• Proficiency in Office and Illustrator; willingness to learn new tools.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to product design by patterning and prototyping aligned with design intent.
• Produce production-ready garments with documentation for bulk production.
• Collaborate with Designers, Pattern Makers and Product Developers on concepts and processes.
• Build concept prototypes for testing and validation.
